Please take a moment to review this information. The client is responsible for educating themselves with the information provided by The Glow Esthetic LLC: * A preset deposit or full payment is required to book any appointment. This amount is applied to the total cost of your appointment, and is due within 24 hours of booking your appointment. This will be taken from the card on file if not paid at time of booking. * What is the deposit going towards? The deposit is considered a “tray fee” and goes towards accomodating the booked appointment - this includes pigments, supplies, time booked away from other jobs, and overhead services etc. and things that are not refundable for the artist. * Please remember that if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice it is considered a short notice cancelation, and it will result in a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the appointment's total value, as well as a forfeited deposit. This applies to both full appointments and touchup appointments, and it still applies even if you reschedule. We are required to pay for childcare to accommodate your appointment, and that amount is not refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited, and a No-Show cancelation fee of 100% of the appointment's value will be applied. We have multiple appointments and they are scheduled back to back. If you being late causes them to overlap, we will be forced to cancel your appointment, and the above fees will be accrued. * If a Groupon, gift card, or voucher of any other kind is used, and you provide us with a short notice cancelation, their value will be voided. * Deposits are non-refundable; if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay an additional deposit for your next booking. * If a special requested weekend/outside of working hours appointment is canceled without 48 hour notice, or no call-no-showed, the full value of the appointment will be deduced from the card on file. * All cancelation refunds will be provided in credit towards future services and not a return of funds (this credit will only be applied to future appointments if canceled before the 48 hour window). * Please come to your appointment alone, there is no seating for guests in the new location. * Animals of any kind are not permitted in the studio for sanitation reasons. * If these rules are not followed I will be forced to reschedule your appointment and cancellation fees will apply. * Cash, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted. * If paying with a credit card, please note that there is a processing fee that will be added to your transaction. * Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick! If you are sick within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me to reschedule. * Due to the close proximity that clients and myself are in, masks are encouraged. * If a special request appointment is cancelled with under 48 hours notice, The full price of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. A special request appointment is anything outside of typical working hours, including weekends. No credit will be applied towards future services under these circumstances. * No refunds will be issued for work performed. * Photos taken may be used for promotional purposes. * Please come to your appointment alone unless previously arranged, unfortunately there is no seating for guests in the location. * Please check your email for additional forms and information. These must be reviewed and completed prior to your appointment. * We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you are booking with the correct artist! Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled with under 48 hours notice, a 50% (of total appointment cost, not remaining balance) cancelation fee will be issued; this is on top of the deposit, which will be forfeited. If an after-hours or weekend appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, the remaining balance due for appointment will be charged, and deposit will be forfeited. No-Show appointments will be charged at full price to the card on file, and deposit will be forfeited. These policies apply even if a client reschedules, and balanced due must be paid prior to rebooking. If a client is allowed to reschedule after a cancellation, and they cancel again with less than 48 hours notice the entire procedure will be charged. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a No-Show appointment and full price will be deducted and deposit will be forfeited. These costs will automatically be taken from your card on file; the system will attempt to process the amount due to the card on file for up to 30 days. After this, it will be sent to collections.
